I signed up with Firstmark Credit Union around the time they first started in San Antonio. I found the signup process to be easy. They were willing to communicate with my apartment complex for proof of address, instead of requiring me to walk back a mile in the 100+ degree heat like the other credit union I had visited that day. I just started an account with these guys last week, and so far it's been a great experience. This place is pretty close to my apartment, so it makes it easy for me to walk there and get my banking done instead of having to take a bus, since I don't have a car. The tellers were all very nice, and the woman who helped me set up my account was able to do things in a clear, concise way. Their rates are pretty good and they offer some nice products.
