Attempting to cash a check as a non-member is outrageous. I understand protecting members from fraud with two forms of ID and a fingerprint but asking for my social security number leaves ME open to fraud and is completely unreasonable. The manager is smug and argumentative instead of helpful.
Not open on Saturday. Very inconvenient! I have something to take care of that cannot be done online or over phone. May have to switch banks because of this.
