My car loan experience was great..4/11/24. Tiffany has great customer skills and I am very satisfied with her service. What I am disappointed in is that the check, for the seller of the vehicle, was not ready for him to pick up today 4/13/24, when it should have been. Please do better or give us, as members, a call to let us know when the payment will be ready.
I applied for an auto loan, and was getting a lot of flack from the other finance company of the person I was trying to buy from and first Mark was so helpful, and tried so hard to help me, I really appreciate all the effort they put into servicing me. Monica and.Keilah Perez went above, and beyond my expectations to help process my loan.
