Keilah P is AMAZING! She was quick to respond to questions I had. The application, paperwork and funding process was smooth and easy! I have to admit that most of my interactions with the FMCU team had been positive and productive, but this last interaction was not quite that. The Representative Ashley didn’t quite meet that expectation in my opinion, she appeared to be tired and not quite alert. My most serious concern was when she pulled my credit and she reported to me that it was at a zero!! After some initial delays on a previous auto re-fi application, Keilah Perez and Destiny De Leon were able to complete the loan process in three business days. He was very helpful and did call me back when my application had been reviewed and approved. He’s also very professional and has a friendly attitude.
