You have a very kind and attentive staff.
usually I have great service, this week and last was just average. Last week, I was called twice to confirm, both times I asked if I could come at 830, both times they said yes, I got there before 830 and finally at 915, I told the receptionist I had to leave. I rescheduled my appointment for the next week. The first person who cleaned my teeth was GREAT, but I don't understand why you then have to switch to another person who 'measures'. My visit just didn't seem to flow, if that makes sense.
Legacy does an excellent job at making you feel comfortable in the office. The staff is very friendly and they do an excellent job of explaining the issues so you understand clearly.
Friendly and professional. Never a bad experience and no pain day after any kind of procedure. Best dentist I have ever had and the staff is outstanding.
Entire Staff, and Doctor are Very Professional, and Congenial. Enjoy the Nice Setting of Your Waiting Room.
Dr. Redfearn is highly competent, friendly, and a good dentist.
