They fixed a line break outside of my elderly parents home. It now looks like the cast of caddy shack filmed there. They refuse to tidy up or fix the horrible mess they made. My daughter and I removed bags of trash they left in their yard as well. The company also left a shovel. When contacted, the manager refused to fix the numerous trenches left and ended the call with my elderly father. -5/5 would not recommend
The charge to replace a kitchen faucet shutoff valve was enormous. $209 to replace a $10 valve. I'll go back to their competitors, where they do treat you like family.

I have used Fitzgerald and Sons several times. They also get the job done right and very fast. One of their techs, Sam, has been out a few times. He's very straightforward and easy to work with.
I had an old sump pump replaced by FitzGerald and Sons. No hole digging. Simple swap out of an old part for a new part. My plumber was extremely courteous and professional. My issue is with the charges for the work. $146 part. 45 minutes to swap it for the old one. $966 - %5 senior discount = $917 total. $771 in install charges? Please rebate me an appropriate amount of money for reasonable installation charges.
Screw you out of the 72 dollars ,and try to charge you for work you don't need,wanted $400 for a job found someone to do it for $100,don't ever ever ever call them.
Extremely unhappy with the services provided. Misdiagnosed both problems in my house and charged me $363 for caulking in the tub and a p-trap that the owner admitted I didn't even need. Plus told the leak in the sink was from a crack in the cast iron sink and would be $420. Truth was I needed a gasket on the faucet handle (my handy man fixed it for $30 bucks).
