We had a very good experience purchasing new LR furniture at Routzahn's Way. The task was daunting so we took our time. We wanted good quality furniture for the home we recently moved to -- we don't plan to move again. I came to purchase a recliner on Labor Day and had a loose idea what I wanted. Tamar was our salesperson and she was the perfect combo of attentive and non-pushy. She is a straight shooter and will give you honest answers about quality vs price. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture I purchased and was able to answer every question I had without batting an eye. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning.
What a great place to buy furniture! We walked in the door, was greeted by June, and bought two chairs and two carpets. I highly recommend this place to anybody in search for good design, great service, and fantastic prices!
On 6/4/14 I purchased a 4N15 MASTER 24964 FABRIC B SWL GLIDER RECLINER. DJ was the sales consultant. Knowledgeable and helpful. Wasn't pushy. Haven't received the recliner yet as it was custom ordered as a birthday gift for my wife. Very satisfied with DJ.Arnold L. Trevett
