I went with my Mom for my birthday and has carnitas tacos and Gringo dip. It was all awesome and the service was great. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
Love eating here. I try to get something different each time we come in. Our waiter was very nice yesterday. Sorry I don’t remember his name. We’ll definitely be back.
Good food, descent service, atmosphere good for the most part. We were seated not far from the bar area where other patrons were not respectable of children seated in the area with their behavior and profuse use of profanity.
Always good food and great service
The food was okay... our waitress was nice but didn’t tell us the appetizer we ordered was no longer on their after 9 special pricing when it was clear we were there for half off apps. When we asked her all she said was “yeah they changed it”. A heads up on a menu change like that would have been appreciated. Salad wasn’t cold like usual either but was still pretty good. Probably won’t be back to this location for a while... �
We went to Independence location May 4th 2018. But we have been to the location in North KC as well. Always great food. I recommend the Prime Rib sandwich with the garlic anole and cheese. Pink. (Sometimes they run out, like it states on the menu). The tequila wrappers. Yum!!! The amotspere gets a little loud, but that’s just people having good food with good friends. It’s a kick back and relax kind of place. Always clean. Staff has always been polit. So unless you have a stick up your arse you will love 54th Street.
