The mechanics at Subaru are angels! Nate, Steven and John helped us when we were traveling through Flagstaff after hours with our two babies in the car and our truck started smoking. They were able to quickly identify the problem and had it fixed within a few minutes. I wish we lived closer so we could always come here for service. Five star service!

I personally have had awful experiences when it comes to car dealerships in flagstaff. Last time I picked my car up from Babbitt Ford they told me my engine was misfiring and I needed to go to Flagstaff muffler, if they couldn't fix it then they'd take another look. Upon further inspection they screwed up the firing sequence to my cylinders and REFUSED to do anything about it or admit they had done anything till I came back with my boyfriend. That's just the tip of the iceberg, I could go on and on but the point is I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN especially after my experience with Flagstaff Nissan Subaru yesterday. It was AMAZING, Stephen my tech was awesome, courteous and professional, I didn't feel like the wool was being pulled over my eyes because I'm a girl. I feel completely confident in the work he put toward my car and he even gave it a much needed bath, to my delight. I got a smoking deal on car seat covers and they have officially won my business till the end of eternity. I'll buy Subaru vehicles just so I can keep getting serviced here

I have a Nissan Quest and I've had work done on it here before, no biggie just did brakes and minor maintenance. The people are friendly. But this time I was looking at a new compresor and I don't know a thing about cars. I am a single mother of four and a disabled veteran. I had no one to turn to for advice. But this young man named Tyler was very kind and helped me understand what I needed to know and discounted the cost of labor for me. I was very happy with the outcome of my van. The service is excellent and I will be returning for all my Nissan needs!

I want to thank everyone at this dealership for all they did for my family! We ended up stranded after our car broke down just outside of town during a trip from Kansas to California to a wedding! Tyler and Jeff worked to get our vehicle running but Jeff was not certain it was safe to continue our trip and we were traveling with kids! Tyler managed to find us a vehicle big enough to finish our trip to rent. Once we returned we decided we would buy the rental vehicle and Matt and Dustin worked to make that happen ! Thank you to everyone there we truly felt like everyone cared about our safety and they wanted to help us get a good deal well!!

They had the best customer service they got us right in and they stayed open late by 4 hours just to get us set up they went ABOVE AND BEYOND and everyone was so very kind thank you guys for helping us out! Anyone who needs help this is the place to go they even got us out with a new vehicle because ours just wasnt having it. Thank you tyler eckman and the master mechanic jeff you guys are the best!
