RecommendedFlat River Grill is one of the outstanding go to places in Lowell Chef Jim is creative and comforting in his menu selections ...The staff John, Jeff, Stacey, Deb , Judy Coleen have been with us long enough to feel like family. We consider the Flat the place to take out of town guests and family to celebrate and basically show off one the best places in Lowell. .
