Excellent service, Price as quoted – It was efficient and hassle-free from start to finish. The sales person Marian was responsive, Cleo and the moving team arrived 30 minutes early and were courteous, speedy and efficient throughout. I will certainly recommend Flat Rate to any friends or colleagues who are moving in the future. Thank you for exceeding expectations - always nice when that happens.
Great Customer Service, Great Movers & Friendly Stuff – Your prices were exactly as quoted, and the crew made it a very easy and even fun experience! Alex explained each step along the way, which was nice. Being a real estate broker, I now have a moving company I can confidently recommend from firsthand experience. Fast but Quality Questionable – Although the crew was a little late, once they arrived they worked pretty quickly. I was told that 3 men would help with the move, but instead 4 men were sent so things moved quicker. I do have a few unsettling things. A little after the move started, one of the guys - Nick - pulled my boyfriend aside and told him that being that I had a "couple extra" boxes than on the list, we needed to give EACH mover a $30 tip so that they won't have to "call it in". Thank you for pleasant move – This was one of the best - if not THE BEST - moving experiences I've ever had. And I'm a serial mover! I heard about Flat Rate when I lived in NYC, so when I saw a truck on Santa Monica Blvd. a month before my move, I was excited. I had a horrible experience with another moving company last year, so I was nervous about California movers. Cleo, Anthony and Julio were great. Professional, friendly, and fast. I would absolutely recommend Flat Rate to anyone and everyone.
Great team of guys and customer service. Well done – Flat Rate packed us and shipped our household from Green Valley, CA near Santa Clarita to San Andreas, CA in the Sierra foothills.The crew was prompt, professional, personable and considerate. Our things were moved and set up with virtually no loss or damage. The crew went out of its way to be helpful and considerate. Best movers ever!!! Great price and quality service. – The movers were the best movers I have ever dealt with. The customer service representative (Marian) was very easy for my staff to work with -- very organized for a move with multiple pick-up and drop-offs. The moving team was just as great. All our items were safely delivered and wrapped and packed up with care. I would definitely recommend FlatRate and will use them again.
Prompt, thorough, efficient and friendly movers. – I have never had such a pleasant and easy move in my life. Cleo, Jake, Tony and Juan arrived at my home on time and then worked hard to get all of my stuff out by the noon deadline (the new owners were moving in promptly at twelve!). Smoothest Move Ever – On time, no hassle, excellent customer service, and very reasonable! When they were stuck in traffic on the Ventura Highway, they called to say so, and still made the move more quickly than I expected. Highly recommended.
