Moving is so stressful, but Flat Rate made it a smoother process from start to finish. I had my things in a storage unit with Flat Rate for over a year. Payments and communication were always consistent. Then I hired them to move all my things long distance and that was also a great experience. Shout out to Adil, Manny, and my mover for quick and easy communication. Flat Rate services are worth the money. Reliable, transparent, and professional. Thank you again for all your help!
This was our second move with Flat Rate, and more complicated than the first (multiple destinations). We worked with the Felix, Erick, and Alcon team!! Those guys were top notch!!! Efficient yet also caring about the personal items in a methodical way. We love FlatRate. Totally professional and modern moving company. From their people to their online systems (track your truck!) to the repeated check-ins to the speed and efficiency, they made an overwhelming situation manageable and survivable! We moved from the UWS to the UN area after living in the same apartment for 20 years. We could not have done it as smoothly without these folks. From the sales VP Dejon Reid to Stephan’s moving team. They were all amazing. Great prices and awesome people. You get up to the minute info on where your truck is. Emails regarding any info needed from us. COI in a timely manner. And did all this in a weeks notice. They ensure everything is set in order to have your move run smoothly. And it did. Communication. From start to finish. I highly recommend them for your office or residential moves. They are professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.
