What would have made it better? Maybe if a checklist was given of all the items that needed to be submitted in the beginning. Once the downpayment/costing close is established let it be. Don't give false notions that it will change. IF you say, we will talk about the documents then do it. some people are clueless about all the documents and need to understand the numbers and items.
