Major issues in the beginning. No return calls,, emails, or text messages. Lack of communication between staff members. Very frustrating! Finally received a call from a helpful employee, then an attorney. Then all communication stopped. Not sure if I won my case or not. Was told that I would know within 4 weeks after Nov, it's now March, Not very happy with this group
RecommendedI had an extremely poor response with this law firm. It began normal however my first phone call I received from them was at 503am that they left a message. I had returned their call and after that I did not receive any messages from them, even after several attempts on my behalf. I called and spoke to a woman once and I had been to so many doctors appointments that she was giving me access to a portal so that I can enter my own appointments. Fired them because the only time they were “available “ was to get me to sign their contract. I did ALL of the paperwork myself, and spent months working directly with social security to get all of the documents and doctors statements. They were told on numerous occasions that they were FIRED. Months later when the claim was accepted (after an initial denial) I get a call from them. Sure enough- 1/3 of my pay went to them. Recommendedwell they did get me my ssi i have insurance but only get 33.00 dollars a month i wished i could have gotten my money from when i applied for it years ago
On the day of trial he decided “he” didn’t want to represent me. On the very day of trial.I couldn’t believe it. Didn’t tell the judge to give me time to get another lawyer he just left me hanging.

Recommendedif you need a Lawyer call they helped my husband to get his disability Social security. No one else got it done for us.

no follow through I got a letter stating I won my appeal, waited 2 weeks called my case manager she said she'd review and call it's been 3 weeks haven't heard from her worst use of 25% of my settlement ever, and I haven't even gotten anything
RecommendedSo I'm a 31 year old male who served for 5 plus years,. I applied in 2015 For SSDI and got denied, and when I hired this firm in January 2018 and just had court of on the 8th of Jan 2019 and we won our hearing in less then 15 mins in the hearing!!! Now time to wait for my benefits thank you guys so very much for big help, and easy to work with.... I would honestly refer them to any who asks!!!
