After speaking with another agent moments before and still not happy with the service, I immediately called back. Monique was the 2nd agent I spoke with. She was friendly and upbeat which helped to calm my irate mood. She had patience with me and worked with me to resolve the issue I had with my lease. All of my questions were answered and I feel more confident in the service knowing that the agent was acting in my best interest. I wish I could speak with her every time I call!
