I couldn't be more pleased with my experience using Flexshopper.. When I had a question I called their support line and it was quickly answered by one of their amazing customer service representatives named Carlos P. He not only answered my question but he also went above and beyond and literally made my day. They are actually decent people that will work with you and do what is right. Unlike all other banks just out to make as much money as possible. I will definitely be using Flexshopper again soon. Thanks again!!

I have to be honest, when I first applied for the flex shopper program for tires and to have some work done on my car, some of the details of the program were left out, by the tire store. I was not thrilled about this. However I have been a customer now for almost six months and dealing with Cynthia R. Has completely changed my opinion of this company. I am going through a difficult time; my first payment was due this Friday, I called them to explain my situation and they were so gracious to change my due date to my actual bi-weekly pay day instead of weekly. I have received excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. :)

My payoff experience with Porshea B was nothing short of perfect. She is also a very fast typist to and takes down information very quickly. A true professional at what she does. Too bad we can't leave tips.
