We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. We needed our kitchen floor installed relatively quickly, and Kyle was able to make that happen. Everyone we worked with from the beginning to the end of the process was friendly, professional, and excellent at their jobs. Our new floor looks great, and we plan to enjoy it for years to come.
Jenn Cheifetz came to my house with an amazing selection of carpets to choose from and was so patient and helpful with our selection. Installation happened yesterday and Milton and his partner were incredibly professional and polite. An awesome experience! Thank you
They did a great job imstalling my hardwood flooring. But when it comes to fixing a problem. You have to beg and keep calling until one day they fix it.. They are 2 weeks pass the time they said they would fix it with no call.
Jeff was great helping us select the right carpet for our kids' rooms. The crew that did the work were great and personable. They treated my house like it was there own.
We had a great experience with FCI Cherry Hill...Brett was knowledgable and friendly in assisting us find the right carpet for our family room. And when that one wasn't in stock, he came back with new selections. And the four-man crew who installed the carpet was prompt, efficient and did a great job. They moved the heavy furniture carefully, hauled the old carpet away, and left the worksite perfectly clean. We get lots of compliments on our new carpet -- it has transformed the room.
We couldn't be more pleased and grateful for all that FCI has done for us! Lisa was extremely helpful as she not only guided us with the type of product and look that worked best for our home, but was also very helpful in scheduling Milton and his team to do an amazing job with installation. I absolutely loved my experience with the entire team. Especially Brett who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He actually listened to my needs and didn't just push product on me like the other big name outfits did. I definitely will be referring my friends and family.
Brett and the entire crew at FCI were amazing to work with. Brett sold us hardwoods for our entire first floor and carpeted the bedrooms and hall upstairs. The job was done in a timely matter and the installation was impeccably done. Would definitely use them again on any future jobs and a highly recommend you do too! Great experience!!!!
