Patrick was very personable and helped us load our purchase...600# of laminate. I expect to have to "drive the bus" in almost every store I go into. So, we make eye contact and wait for a response. Had to wait a minute today. We'd already scouted the products, so, we were able to ask 2 or 3 questions and then make our decision. We'll go back. Thanks Patrick.

My husband and I went into your location this past Sunday thinking we knew exactly what we wanted. We quickly realized that we were very overwhelmed by all the choices your store offers. That is definitely not a bad thing though! We didn’t have an appointment but we stopped by to speak with Taren Taylor, one of the design specialists, and thank goodness we did!!!
