I knew what flooring I wanted I called and asked if they carried it etc... bought 12 cases and 2 94 inch reducers and they would arrive Friday morning. I called Friday at 10am they were not there , called at noon asked if Terry could call and get an ETA, he said no mam it's on a truck that's all we know. I called again at 3 and suddenly we could call them, I would get a call back.
