Our sunroom was originally standard concrete. We had the entire room tiled. It is beautiful! Great crew came out to install. Had one minor issue! Next day they were there! Fixed the problem immediately. Great customer service. It was such a good experience we decided to remove the carpet in all our bedrooms and place wood floors. I'm very happy with the quality of flooring and the work. I have dealt with Amanda and the same crew with 3 others rooms and I finally had them come back and finish the living area and hallways. It was easy working with Marty to select the right carpeting for our bedrooms. The carpet was in-stock so we were able to get delivery very quickly. The installation team was timely, professional and very efficient. Overall, we had a great experience. Thanks!
We had an amazing experience with Flooring Plus and specifically Amanda and the installation crew. Flooring Plus has such a wide selection of flooring and tile with very competitive prices! The installation crew was so efficient, worked so quickly and did a superb job installing the new flooring in our entire home. Even the quarter rounds installed were to perfection! We look forward to working with with Amanda and Flooring Plus again when we install our kitchen backsplash and new shower.
I had a wonderful experience from start to end! Ted did a great job helping me find the perfect flooring to replace what was in my home. After multiple samples and trips to the showroom, we found the perfect one I was looking for. The estimate was professional and all my questions were answered. The estimate was for a four day job for removal of existing flooring (which was glued down) and installation of the new flooring. They accomplished it in two days! The floors are beautiful. I couldn’t be happier!
