I went to Floormax and got new floors last summer, and 6 months later I still love them! I had an idea of what I thought I wanted, but Eddie steered me in a different (and lower cost) direction based on our discussion. He also helped me put together a design for a custom railing on the staircase. The install team was fast and efficient, and talked me through the whole process. I would highly recommend!

Eddie did a fantastic job and a great representative from FLOORMAX in Germantown. MD. This is the second job I had Eddie manage. The first job was for my 4-bedroom house in Germantown where he installed a beautiful hardwood floor for my second floor. Manager Paul Shrimpton has been excellent to work with over time and incredibly helpful and detail-oriented in guiding our carpet decisions and the installation. Our final results look fantastic and we are very happy with the quality.
This is my second experience with Floormax. In our new home, we were pleased to work with the Floormax team and the installers again for our flooring project this year. We love our new Brazilian teak floors! We also had a change order for the stairs/stairnose but they handled it quickly and smoothly without issues.
