Alberto did a great job with helping me decide which product would work best in our home. He was a great listener as to the quality and price range in which we were comfortable spending. He continued to communicate throughout the process answering all questions. Tim and Tyler were our installers. They arrived on time, were very polite. Floorz is Awesome
Great customer service and product. I used them for my condo and bedrooms in my home. Also used them over 30 years ago in a previous home.
From the time i went into the store the experience was professional and Jack showed knowledge of what i was looking for as well as demonstrated good costumer care. Bruce the carpet layer did an excellent job. He was on time each day, maintain a professional behavior and handle the furniture with care. I would use floorz again and recommend the others. We had the pleasure of visiting the Floorz showroom yesterday. As an architect, we have frequented many flooring centers. Our visit to Floorz was, definitely, a breath of fresh air. We met with Travis. He was very personable and professional and took the time to share with us his vast wealth of knowledge and experience. We learned more in one hour than all my visits to flooring centers throughout my career. Should you need to acquire flooring products...ask for Travis and visit Floorz....why go anywhere else?
