Very happy with the whole experience from Travis who sold us the flooring and setting up tile removal by Dustfree to the crew that came in from Generation Flooring They did a fantastic job , clean , efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. Totally happy and have already recommended them to neighbors.

Floorz is the best business experience we have had in Florida. Travis was helpful in the showroom but allowed us to wander and he answered all of our questions. He sent us home with our favorites t choose from. When we decided, he handled everything so positively. Our installers were Bruce and Victor. They were in our home for 21/2days I can not say enough good things about them. They were quiet, worked quickly and were perfectionists. They did an outstanding job. Don’t buy your flooring anywhere else. We had carpeting in the bedrooms and vinyl planking everywhere else. We had another quote from Lowe’s The quality of their product was not the same but the quotes were very similar. We are very happy customers of Floorz and will recommend them to our friends.

I just received some of the best service I've ever received in a retail store. My wife and I are from The UP of Michigan and have a seasonal home in Ft. Myers. We decided to do some vinyl plank flooring in our home so we were at all of the box stores simply to get decent customer service but not where it made me say WOW and buy the product. I decided to check online for local flooring stores and FLOORZ was the first place we stopped. Travis was AWESOME. Very knowledgeable, volunteered on tip for he knew I was going to install it myself and even pretty much forced us to take a few full length pieces to make sure it was the right color.....didn't even charge us for he trusted us. I am a retired business owner myself of 35 years and I had one philosophy in business - WITHOUT SERVICE - I AM NOTHING! I felt this same philosophy from the minute I walked in the door. After leaving the 2nd flooring store (which was good as well) I just turned around and went back to FLOORZ. I feel really good about it for when I returned, Travis was gone but the gentleman at the counter says - My son just left for lunch. There was the answer - A Family Owned Business That Cares About a Sale!!! I feel awesome. I supported a family owned small business during this pandemic and they 110% deserve to receive my business. They happily took my money BUT only after they were sure all of my questions were answered. I trusted them so much, I even paid in full for some pieces they have to special order for me. GREAT JOB Travis and Family at FLOORZ. YOU made me say WOW! You will definitely see me for any future flooring purchases!

We were very pleased with Floorz and our interaction with Travis. Our carpeting was installed on time and there were no unpleasant surprises. The installers were very professional and were quick and efficient. I love my beautiful new carpeting!

Floorz was highly recommended to us by our handyman at the Meadows of Estero. The friendly service upon entering their family-owned showroom assured us we needed to look no further. Bruce, our installer did a wonderful job! Our three rooms look amazingI highly recommend FLOORZ for all your flooring needs. Travis and team did an exceptional job on our new floorz! From the moment we walked in the showroom we felt comfortable and well cared for. Travis hellped us select the perfct wood floorz for our home and our budget. Todd and team did a phenomenal installation resulting in a gorgeous final product. Thank you so much.....one more thing; talk about fair .... they didn't use all the material quoted and it reflected in our final invoice. All i can say is WOW. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE FLOORZ AGAIN!!!! Many THX!!!!
