Very pleased with the service for this provider group - starting with the customer service phone line. Called as a new patient, expecting to be given an appointment weeks out and was surprised to be offered a next day appointment. The location itself was easy to find. Upon arrival, the waiting room was packed and I settled in, expecting to wait at least 45 minutes. Again, I was pleasantly surprised to have waited less than 5 minutes before being called in. Very quick wait time 20 mins or less all 4 times I have been there. Dr. Is kind and professional with a great sense of humor. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly.
This practice is incredibly friendly and efficient. Dr. Kerdel is an experienced physician that takes the time to speak to the patient and hear his/her concerns. The staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. Waiting time was minimum considering waiting room was full. I highly recommend this practice.
Updating my review - 1st visit was great despite that they were extremely busy the wait was minimal. However subsequent it’s been impossible to get any response from the team including test results just get the “we’ll have Nevada review and call you back” with no call. After 3 weeks of waiting for a call/response and multiple follow up it’s time to go elsewhere. Still on a mission of finding a decent dermatologist. I’d suggest going elsewhere.
It is a very professional medical center. With friendly helpful staff who handle visits efficiently so one doesn't have to wait a long time to be seen. They treat patients with the utmost courtesy and respect. Very important for elderly patients like myself. And the doctors are excellent with the most up to date technology and medical procedures to ensure your treatments are the best available.
