To start he called to ask if he could come earlier due to a cancellation. He was very nice and a knowledgeable tech. He was very willing to please. I asked if he changed the filter and he said I didn't need to but he would do it if I want. I had looked at the filter 2 weeks prior and it didn't need it then so I was happy that he treated our home as if it were his own. He also cleaned the drainage pipe and pan. We have used Florida Breeze for 10 years and they have always been excellent.
