I like the service and the people are friendly but I don’t like the frames they offer to people that have cheaper insurance and to offer three pair of the frames is does not make much sense if you’re going to pay for three pairs the insurance should let you pick frames of your choice.

We had an amazing experience at Florida Optical. I went with my 4 year old son and Sharon was the lady that help us out. She was super kind and friendly, treated us so well that she even got his glasses done on the same day. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will come back and recommend them to who ever need to get glasses. Thank you Sharon for your help!
