This doctor was sarcastic and very negative to understand my visit. i think he need reforcement the psicology course.
Dr. Debanath misdiagnosed my fungal ear infection and kept giving me antibiotic ear drops even when he found out that my ears had fungus, this made my ear infection really bad and resulted in a hole in my eardrum. When i tried to see him in the middle of my appointment because of an intense earache and discharge, he didn’t see me and wanted me to wait for my regular scheduled appointment which was 10 days away. This made the condition of my ears worse and now I am suffering.
Dr Reese is clearly a very busy man. It felt like he wanted to get my consultation out of the way as swiftly as possible. As a new patient, I had filled in a very detailed health questionnaire (it took 20-25 minutes to complete) in advance of my appointment, only to learn that Dr Reese had barely looked at it. When he did ask me a question he did not let me finish my response and talked loudly over me instead; when I tried to ask him questions, again, he did not let me finish and continued to talk over me. Worst Dr. I've ever been to, If you like arrogant and uninterested in helping you go for it. I'd say don't waste your money and go elsewhere.
My one star is not reflective of Dr. Debnath, rather for the front desk staff. Last week when I arrived for my appointment (my 1st), at check-in I was informed that I needed to pay my copay before seeing Dr. Debnath. I've never encountered this situation before and I advised the receptionist I would pay on my way out after receiving services. She said she would check with her manager, and after doing so, advised me I wouldn't be seeing the doctor if I didn't pay before doing so. So no explanation why this was their practice,... read more
Dr. Debnath is wonderful, but good luck trying to make an appointment. They DO NOT answer the phone. It took me 8 calls to make a first appointment, and 6 to make a second appointment. When asked why they don't answer, the woman said "Oh, we take turns". Meanwhile I could see all the phone lines lighting up with no one answering. Dr. Debnath is amazing, kind and really listens. I hope he can talk with his staff, because the aggravation is just not worth it, and it is a shame for both his patients and him.
