RecommendedMy husband and I recently sold our home and purchased a new home. We made the best choice by selecting Florida Secured Title to represent us both in the sale of the old home and purchase of the new one. In the sale, they made sure everything was done in a timely manner and saved us a good amount of money on unncessary fees. On the purchase they were incredibly detailed and professional, an attorney was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns on a timely manner. I highly recomend them.

I gave them a 1 star because I can't give them a 0 star. If you deal with this company hire a lawyer! They are the most incompetent title company we have ever dealt with. We have sold quite a few homes in the past and never once did the title company make as many mistakes as this one. This was by far the worst closing experience we have ever had. They used an illegible document to calculate the payoff on a mortgage instead of requesting a clear copy and they got the numbers wrong, costing us time and trouble figuring out wha... read more
