It was not great. The representative did his work by 3:45 and called to sell me a couple of security systems. He then had to check with the office to get some type of key. He said it would be a few minutes. At 4:55 I called the office to say he had me locked out of my computer and that I needed it. He called about 5:30 to get me back on. I was worried that I would not have the access until the next day. Paul Pentz

I love working with Alexis Montero. He listens to me, fixes any computer problems and explains what he is doing. He is a pleasure. And he is the tech l always want to work with. I always give him 5 stars.
