Such an awesome experience. No tears. The staff is amazing. We loved Amber the hygienist. Seriously the best I’ve seen. And Dr. Carlos is awesome.
Just moved to the area and this office was recommended to us. Loved Dr. Prempeh and all the support staff - they were all so good with the kids, and very concerned about how their comfort and anxiety. The waiting room is perfect for kids and comfortable. The doctor was very thorough and spent the time to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend this office!
We recently had a visit for our four year old and first time visit for our two year old. Both had a great experience! The staff is amazing with children. Patient with children and parents.
They are great with kids! Both my girls did everything they were asked because they felt comfortable with the hygienists and Dr. Garza. They left with clean teeth and smiles on their faces! My only complaint is that they gave both girls fluoride which is apparently only covered once a year by our insurance. I wish they had asked me before applying it so I could have decided if I was willing to pay for it.
Dr Garza’s office does an amazing night job- my kids love to go for their cleanings. He keeps it running right on time so we’re usually done in 30-40 minutes.
We absolutely love coming to Floss! The staff always remembers my children and welcomes them with open arms. They are kind, courteous, and professional. My kids LOVE going to the dentist. The people who work there have great energy and patience with the kids! My kids are 4 and 6. Thank you to the entire staff for always making this a positive and fun experience.
The staff was very courteous and caring. When I asked the kids (6 and 4 years old) what they thought, they both said it was great. So, we've found out dentists. :)
Great visit and support for my very anxious 9 year old. She was walked through the entire process with care and ease and empowered to do her own suctions. She was encouraged to voice her concerns so the process could be explained and I don’t think the visit could have been more successful.
The staff was so great with my daughter who was terrified of the dentist from a previous experience. No tears at floss
