The staff at FLOSS, especially hygienist Holly are simply amazing. We were 25 minutes early to our appointment, we did not wait, they took us back immediately. The team shows their true care and dedication to pediatric dentistry through their interactions and compassion towards the children.
We had a first timer, and on top of that she can be very high maintenance so we were a little but nervous about how she would react. She loved the lobby area, and once she saw a movie in the dentist chair, she was a happy camper! Everyone we had contact with, from the front desk, through until the end with the dentist, was great, everyone fully explained everything and even better, worked quickly so she didn't even have a chance to realize she was getting her teeth cleaned! Floss Dentistry is top-notch!
Dr Carlos is amazing. He is too good at his work. My daughter had 3 visits for cavities. They went pretty well. The staff is pretty good too.
The staff is super friendly and kind with our Harper. It took a few times before she got used to being on the chair but now she's loving it.
We love Dr. Garza and his staff. They make your dental experience a pleasant one from the time you walk in the door until you leave.
Very friendly and warm atmosphere. Dr. Garza is very knowledgeable and creates a comfortable atmosphere for the children. We love him and his staff!!!!!
Great experience as always! Dr. Garza and his staff are always professional and friendly. My daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist now that we go to Floss!
My son, AJ, has always loved going to Floss Dentistry. AJ has been inspired by Dr. Garza to be a dentist when he grows up :) The staff is amazing and the waiting room is like a playground.
