Amazing experience with this dental office from start to finish! The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. My kids (5 & 1) LOVED the lobby space, accompanied with plenty options to keep them occupied. The hygienist & Dr.Patel did a great job of making my children feel comfortable and keeping them and myself informed with every process. Looking forward to many more experiences with Floss 4 Kids!
My kids have been going to Floss for many years now. Dr. Garza and his staff are very friendly and prompt. We never have to wait a long time for our scheduled appointments. And the dental services have been very thorough and attentive to any concerns. Also, I would like to give kudos to Mandy at the front desk. We look forward to seeing her during our visits. She has always been a ray of sunshine. Very professional and personable!
This is a really nice facility, and we had a great experience. We moved to Georgia 2 years ago, and I've been looking for a pediatric dentist for my son. I've driven passed this location many times, and I finally called to make an appointment. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. Dr. Carlos examined my son; while doing so he explained everything in order for him to understand what's going on with his teeth, expectations, and the details of his visit. Dr. Carlos and the entire Floss Team are incredible at what they do. My 10 yo daughter was scheduled for a 4pm tooth extraction. She was so nervous the night before, that she asked me to call the next morning to see if Dr. Carlos could see her first thing in the morning. I called when the office opened and Dr. Carlos was more than gracious to have us in before lunch time. Love this place!! My kids love coming and they truly take care of you. My daughter is nervous of the dentist and they will go out of their way to make her feel safe!!
