Flowers are beautiful, although I understand that delivery times vary and can’t be adjusted, I wish they came in earlier during the day and not in the evening.

I ordered premium peonies for $140 for a birthday delivery in Sydney. They arrived on the 4th of December already almost fully open, which is absolutely not how peonies should be delivered if they're meant to last. By the morning of the 7th, the flowers had already dropped completely – they barely lasted two days. I live far away and ordered them as a special surprise, and instead it turned into an embarrassment. For this price, I expected fresh, long-lasting peonies, not something that dies in 48 hours. I ordered a florist choice bright bouquet. The only flower bright in the bouquet was yellow, the rest were pastels. Not happy with them at all. I won’t order again.
No updates regarding whether or not my flowers had been delivered. I placed the order at 10:30 to be delivered on the same day and received no updates.

Delivered at 4.35 same day as ordered Thursday 14/8 to mater hospital , all flowers are delivered to the nurses station to then be delivered to the room by the hospital wardens to ensure patient wellness and privacy , you would have received a order fulfilled notification at the end of the day , our schedule for same day delivery is delivery between 11-6pm.
