My experience at Fluegge Optical was beyond exceptional! Dale worked with me personally to help to figure out why my prescriptions weren't working for me. It has been a struggle for me for many years since I began wearing glasses. My new Optomatrist referred me to him. He made a number of changes with trial lenses for my problem eye and in that process was able to determine what the issue was and what would work best for me. I’ve been using Fluegge Optical for the last few years. Their service is the best ever. They are willing work with you on special orders and make sure you are totally satisfied. I won’t use anyone else for my optical needs.
Fluegge Optical is the only place to go for glasses! They have the best customer service and selection. I had purchased my new glasses from a different optical store. The lenses the other store had put in my frames did not work at all. Distance was fine but I could not read anything. Took them to Dale and he put in the correct lenses and they work great now. Won't go anywhere else! Thanks again Fluegge Optical for your dedication to your customers!! 10 stars!!!
We were referred to Fluegge several years ago, by a friend, after years of frustration trying to fit our then seven-year-old’s adult-width, child-temple sized head. Their service and selection are well worth the drive from Racine. We’ll never go anywhere else!
