Professional, quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service….We had a water issue in our house. We went to a competitor to see if they could repair the carpet. They told us they couldn't do it unless we replaced the entire carpet. We went to Foglio's Flooring Center, and they scheduled us to come see what happened. They saw the situation and told us it would not be an issue to fix it. They were prompt, they came out, they were quick, and they cleaned up after themselves. The people who did the work were very polite.

Overall my experience was very pleasant...We hired Foglio's Flooring Center to install carpeting. They were very courteous, both in the initial arrangements and when the gentlemen came to install it. I had a specific request where I wanted one area to be done before the other, and they accommodated my request.

Totally stress free….Foglio's Flooring Center did a beautiful installation! I had some trouble getting the rugs delivered. They gave me a date of July 2nd, which I was thrilled with, but there was a problem with the delivery, so it was delayed by about two weeks. However, the installation was wonderful. Tracy was great. They took everything out and put everything back. They did as good of a job as you can do!

Stay local! Fair price, reasonable products….We have been to Foglio's Flooring Center before, and we always come back because it's a local business. I try to stay way from the big chains. We went in and picked out the carpet for our condo, and the salesman helped us find the best price for what we wanted. The project turned out fine, and the carpet came out good. As long as the price is reasonable, I am going to look for local, smaller guys.
