Excellent service. Friendly and courteous environment. The staff takes time to explain procedures and recommendations. Always patient.
The front desk staff is very polite, well mannered and get the work done. They answer their phones, are easy to contact, are helpful and always remind us they are there should we need anything else. The appointments run on time. They confirm appointments and provide reminders over text which is neat and helpful. The hygienists are very knowledgeable and informative. Thank God for Dr. Kim and his staff!! I had the worst tooth pain and Eddie fit me in their schedule that same day. A lovely young lady with pink hair was very patient with me while taking my X-rays. Dr. Kim explained thoroughly what I need in order to get out of pain. I am so pleased with them! Will definitely go back:)
