Extremely impressed by Fontis after spending years frustrated by Crystal Springs- wish I'd changed sooner. They have been very helpful and responsive and accommodating and efficient, all the things my last provider was not. Also my bill is just over half of what it was every month. A+

First - Danielle, their Customer Service rep, is great. She was quick to email me and respond to my questions. Once I got her on the phone, she took her time setting up my account and was very kind. The first reason I'm not giving 5/5 stars is I wasn't made aware when ordering that the spring water wooden stand requires you to completely remove the hard plastic cap from the water bottles and then haphazardly flipping those 5-gallon water bottles into it as open containers and basically just hoping all that water doesn't go ... read more
We experienced so many issues with getting the actual water delivered on the stated delivery date. Finally spoke with Mary who informed me she is the CEO (lol) who was no help and offered no accountability regarding the issue(s) we experienced. It is 2024 and to think most of these companies (and CEO) need training on soft skills. Mary was quite the rude one and we cancelled the service!
I am a long time customer least 7-8 years. This company use to be very nice and trustable. Now they start to overcharging me. Bad service rude people in the office. When I called the women hanged up the phone on me I was try to ask why I got overcharged $90 for 7 bottles. ($8.50)each. The company has new drivers they always changing and they are not trained very well.
