My 76 year old mother with RA was scolded for being 5 minutes later. The MA went in to cut her nails and was told someone would come in to file her nails then another MA came in and again was told someone would come in to file her nails then the doctor came in and told her she looked fine with the exception of her hammer toe and left and they exited her with no one ever filing her nails. Very poor communication amongst the staff. I would like to see what was documented in her record as being done. My suggestion is to assure ... read more
