Customer service exceptional; wait time no waiting; dr very attentive and explained in detail.
Service was great, but I was uncomfortable that patients were not screened by having temperature taken or questioned about symptoms, travel or contact regarding COVID19. The waiting room chairs were also too close. Other doctors offices are calling patients on their cell phones a few minutes before appointments. I did ask the receptionist about this and she said I may be skipped if I left the waiting room. I waited for over an hour. Dr. OMeara was great!
