I like the everything about the office. The greeting when they call your name and the dr. I didnt that long. In out that great.
My appointment was great, the staff and doctor were awesome. I wanted to share my concerns over the social distancing in the waiting room. There were well over 10 people in the room while I was there, so much that I decided to wait in my car. Perhaps limiting patients to one guest if assistance is needed, especially for older people or wheel chair bound patients. There was lady there with 3 other guests when I went. As always, I was treated very well. Had the stitches removed from my ankle. Dr. Sapien is great. Highly recommend this facility .
Horrible experience, rude lady staff, doctor will not assume responsibility for a surgery gone wrong "caused by his in expertise" . No returned phone call from his assistance and or his staff. Not to mention the unsanitary examining rooms, and the doctor not wearing gloves.
