Throughout the whole process I have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Rosado and all the staff. The only problem I have had is with the coding submitted to Quest for tests before the surgery. Staff was very courteous, but the problem did not get resolved as of yet. Yesterday I went to Quest and sat there while they looked into my records. Quest is going to try to contact your office to make sure the coding indicates that these tests were for a surgery. I hope it all gets resolved.
All questions were answered in a way that I was able to understand. I felt heard and understood.
Doctor Rosado listened to our concerns and was beyond kind and patient during procedure, she had a very nervous patient and really worked to keep him at ease.
