It was an amazing visit. I love how the office looks. The staff was so friendly and kind. Dr Rosado explained what my problem was and also gave me multiple ways on how to resolve my issues.
Process was very easy from start to finish of the appointment. Vianey and Dr. Rosado were amazing. Answered all my questions and heard all my concerns. Thank you!
Dr. O'meara is still an awesome physician who greets with a great personality. The Assistant was professional but shy. The front desk assistant's need a few customer service training to be more welcoming. For some reason, when it comes to personal talk, they're both gitty, happy. But, never fails, not happy to see me, lol! Without the customers, you wouldn't be behind that desk.
The staff was helpful and friendly. Dr. Kennedy is nice and very informative.
Came in for plantar fasicitis that ive suffered from since January. Dr, Kennewdy and staff were all very freindly and to the point. I like that Dr Kennedy started from the bottom and didnt go straight for the jugular recommending surgery. Cant wait to get rid of this pain.
