Felt very comfortable with Leo's patient care and explanation; very thorough. First impressions are everything and I was extremely pleased with the exemplary level of service from Dr. Rebecca Rosado. Dr. Rosado was efficient.
Great customer service, DR explained and proovided someone to translate to spanish.
Everyone was AWESOME from the woman who made the appointment via phone, to Eyleen, the nurse and Dr. Kennedy. After explaining the concern about a possible broken toe, they were able to get my mother in the same day that I called. Eyleen was very concientious and caring while assisting my mother during the x-rays and getting in and out of the exam chair. I've had ingrowns since I was young and previously had surgery, but it was done incorrectly and the nail still grew back. I visited Dr. Rosado's office and was very pleased with all the staff from the front desk, xray tech, assistants and Dr. Rosado. Dr. Rosado was very kind, knowledgeable and had outstanding bedsidemanner when I was having a lot of anxiety. She was calm and had peaceful energy that helped me to be able to relax. Very happy with the consultation with Dr. Rosado, she treated my son innstantly for a wart removval and it was way easier than we had thought it was gonna be.
