I want to share a frustrating experience I had with Dr. Omera’s office regarding their orthotics service. Dr. Omera personally recommended his top-of-the-line orthotics, assuring me that all future adjustments would be included in the $600 price. However, when I returned for a simple adjustment, the front office insisted on charging me for the visit. I came in for arch pain, dr. sapien is very attentive highly recommend !
Good experience
My first visit, and I experienced very little problems. Procedure was explained and quickly done. Dr. and staff were helpful and explained everything. Only reason for not 5 stars, it was very cold in building. Good experience.
No one answers the phone to ask questions. We leave voicemails but never receive a call back.
They are sufficient. They charge 3% fee on office visits, which to me is unacceptable. It gives the impression of being ultra focused on profit and not patients. It makes me wonder if the procedures they ask for are financially driven.
