I was looking forward to getting some new tennis shoes because of my back problems. I went into the store and the owner and his employee were standing at the register. I noticed that they did not have masks on and I had mine on. I politely asked them "Oh, you are not requiring a mask?" The owner snapped at me "No, this is America!" I said ok, I have had my shots so I'm good with it. He then snapped back at me.. Staff does not wear masks. I have bought many shoes there but, this is the first time I have been in since March. I went in wearing my mask and sat down before I noticed the clerk (or owner) and customer checking out did not have masks on. I asked if they do not mask up here and very sarcastically she replied NOPE. I will never shop there again. Obviously, they do not really care about their customers or customers health. So disgusting!

Don't waste your money at the Foot Solutions n Flower Mound. After paying nearly $200 for a pair of shoes I developed heel pain. After seeking medical help was told that the shoes I have been wearing for the last 3 months were the wrong shoes for me and that the subsequent heel pain was caused by improper shoes. I have bought three pairs of shoes from this store and one pair of sandals. With the exception of the sandals, the other three were big disappointments. I need shoes to walk in and to stand on my feet for 8 hours ( because of work) and that has not been possible with the shoes I have bought in this store. I bought my recent pair a few weeks ago and paid $167 for it. I was in pain when i tried them on in the house. I've purchased several pairs of shoes there, each costing around $200/pair. I've finally decided to go elsewhere due to unfriendly sales person and owner. I've given them too many chances to be friendly - I'm done - someone else can have the $1k/year I spend on shoes!
