Apartment Complex Going Downhill Foothills use to be great apartments. Now they just don't seem to care. My aging mother has lived there for 6 years and now they are making her pay an additional $25 a month because she could not figure what document they needed as proof of having renters insurance. The office staff are awful and would not help her. She was finally able to find from the insurance company what to provide as the proof they needed but they are still going to charge her $25 a month because they said she was late ... read more

Unresponsive & Gross Unresponsive to calls, emails, and maintenance requests in the resident app. Black mold spreading throughout the buildings. Foul smelling neighborhood. Dead animals around the pool area. Overall, not a decent place for anyone to live.

not a good place to live management needs to actually do some work. not a quite place to live with your family. buildings were made with very cheap materials , you can hear upstair neighbor walking. and when you are walking, your downstairs neighbor hear you. some neighbors are very noisy, it took two months to fix/replace broken dishwasher in my apartment. 2 months, we had to wash dishes with hands. at the end of my 1 year living here, best part is going to be when I am moving out.
Do not live here... When I first moved in I couldn't have been happier. After 6 months of living there parking became an absolute nightmare. Some nights I would have to park in the complex up the road and walk due to there being literally zero parking even at the office and on the side of the road. We were in the process of moving out when everything went down hill. The apartment was still in my name for 2 weeks and some of my belongings were still in the apartment. New management poor quality I do not suggest this apartment any more because from last year to this year i pay about $ 100 more because of new management.
