Absolutely horrendous experience. Purchased a brand new 2024 Triumph Speed Twin with 7 miles. Rode it for 300 miles in 27 days. It had a catastrophic electrical failure that left me stranded on my way to work. Had to pay to have it towed to Foothills, where it sat for 35 days! When I called to check on the status I was rudely told that if I wanted it fixed sooner that I would have to call the manufacturer myself to get the warranty work completed.
