Excellent experience. Reception is always kind and accommodating. Hygienist (I see Lisa) is very friendly and checks in often to make sure I am comfortable and have no pain. Dr. Pass is friendly and reassuring: he takes the time to explain things well and clearly knows his field very well. They offer many services and are willing to refer out of the practice for other services and patient preference. Always very clean facility!
Never thought I would give a dental visit 5 Stars - but totally accurate. We moved to the FoCo area 2 years ago and have visited multiple dental offices with less than satisfactory experiences. From scheduling to the hygienist to the dentist … great people skills and what I would consider the most “painless experience” in the chair! Truly a fan and scheduled my next 6 month visit before leaving the office. Impressed!
There are several reasons to trust a really good dentist with such an important part of the human body. The first is the professionalism, knowledge, and education of the Dentist. Dr. Pass is simply amazing! The second important reason is the facility and staff. The facility is spotlessly clean and the staff is kind, encouraging, and experts at their job tasks. Easy to recommend this organization!
Dr. Pass and his team were extremely comforting and professional with a needed amount of comedic relief. Made it that much more relaxing. Would highly recommend!
I chipped my front tooth yesterday and they were able to see me today. I have been going to them for a few years now and they have always been amazing! I really appreciate Dr. Pass and his staff, they are all amazing at what they do and are always very friendly! I highly recommend!
