My dog was seen here yesterday, I could not get her into her normal vet. She has a severe allergy to fleas. The doctor here gave her Credelio. They charged me 169.00. She is still itching! So, I called back, adv she is still itching, told to bring her back in and want to charge me 116.00 for a shot. That could have been given to her yesterday! I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience, but the details you mentioned does not sound like either of our offices. We do not sell Credillo. We also do not use the PetDesk app. Could it be possible you have your vet hospitals mixed up? I also do not see your name in our system.
we have been use their service for years however the new vet they have is rude and disrespectful so we are changing vets

I just have to vent a minute!! I have been taking all my fur babies to Foothills Animal hospital for almost 20 years. I have been trying to get an appointment for one of them because he has a very bad infection due to a bad tooth and they tell me it's going to be next week! I'm like I don't think he can wait that long cause he is having trouble eating and not feeling good and there response is that's the earliest. This is not acceptable to me. So, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The vet did a good job with my pooch’s spay and her wound looks good. Would’ve given a five except for a few things. I did not receive a call updating me on my dog’s condition as promised (not a biggie). I paid for the surgery and a vaccination through a third party but the vaccine didnt show as paid (again, no biggie).
