Very ignorant and short with you if you won't come in and test drive. They use every trick in the book to avoid chatting and instead try to get your e-mail and phone number so they can drive you crazy. Can't customers just ask questions?.

Said the car was already sold, but we drove to the lot and it's still there. The sales team would not discuss it or produce any information about the vehicle.
