I just wanted a cleaning & ended up w/ pictures of my mouth. I guess x-ray's are not enough. They were selling me gum treatment, mouth piece, whiting treatment. I felt like I was being harassed by Macy's employees trying to sell me cologne.Not professional.

I have been Dr Mark's patient for few years. Until last year when I was supposed to pay an amount of $50 because they are out of my insurance network. It was the first time to ask me to pay. I talked to many of them, especially the guy who is working in the billing section, who was not understandable at all and they refer my payment to a collection agency and I have changed them after.

Root Canals are not easy to do, Thank You to everyone for making my experience as plesent as possible,especially Dr. Mark.

So I was scheduled for a root canal...During that week of anticipation, I've read and researched every worst case scenario possible--i'm talking nerve explosion and permanent paralysis from the novacaine shots, broken files left in the tooth, , inflammation, abscess growth, having my gum sliced open with an apicectomy, having to go to an endo due to the mistakes of the dentist, unseen canal, and of course excruciating pain after the procedure...Let me just say, not only did I encounter NONE of the above, but I was SO comfort... read more
